Special court to hear Musharraf treason trial gets govt go-ahead
Islamabad: In the latest development regarding country’s first high treason case, Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Shairf has approved the formation of three-members special court.
According to Prime Minister Office’s sources, Nawaz Sharif approved three names for the bench on Tuesday evening that included one woman justice from Balochistan High Court.
Justice Faisal Arab from Sindh High Court was nominated as the head of the special court. Justice Yawar Ali and Justice Syeda Tahira Safdar were included as the member of the bench.
